Shipping
Free Shipping from €98 is limited to minimum purchase price as follows:
- European Union and Switzerland = €98,00 minimum order value. If less, fixed shipping fee of €9,50 will apply.
- Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom = €198,00 minimum order value. If less, fixed shipping fee of €28,50 will apply.
In the payment confirmation email you will receive a tracking number and link to the shipper’s tracking tool.
MAYA MAYA uses UPS and DHL Express as standardized delivery method. If you would like the order to be delivered with fast delivery, please write us to customercare@mayamaya.ch and we will send you an estimation of shipping fees for the faster delivery method.
MAYA MAYA does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
You will be informed of the transit time within the payment confirmation email. It depends on the country. On average it takes 3-5 working days.
The transit time does not include the time to collect and prepare the shipment, and potential delays because of customs formalities. The transit times provided in the payment confirmation email are from UPS or DHL Express. Collecting and preparing the shipment will take 1-2 business days on average. However, on rare occasions it might take longer – in this case you will be informed via email.
MAYA MAYA and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping will also be on hold on specific national and international holidays, including: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
All orders will be shipped from one of our European warehouses, depending on the stock availability.
Duties and taxes within the European Union and Switzerland are organised and covered by MAYA MAYA.
Duties and taxes in other countries are the customers’ sole responsibility and cost. MAYA MAYA is not responsible and will not cover any forwarder or collateral cost related to the shipment, like local custom duties and taxes. All these costs are at your own charge and risk. In case these costs will occur (customs and import taxes) MAYA MAYA might- at its sole discretion- refund up to 10% of the purchase value in the form of a credit note for further purchases. Its validity is up to 1 year from the date it was issued. It can be consumed within orders which exceed 200 EUR. In order to issue such a credit note, you have to submit documentations, invoices related to this shipment, clearly stating your name and address.
