How to return
You can return unused products within 60 days after receiving the package. Original tags on. The return shipping cost is paid by MAYA MAYA, if the return process is completely respected. All returns must be registered online and confirmed from our side before shipping. MAYA MAYA is not liable for any lost or damaged package content during return shipping.
If you are submitting a return from within the European Union and Switzerland, please follow the procedure below.
1. Submit a “Return or exchange request”, which you find on the link below.
2. Put the unused and unwashed products in the original packaging. Make sure the hangtags are still on.
3. Properly seal the package and stick the return label you received with your order on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label, if using the original packaging. In case you don't have the return label please contact customercare@mayamaya.ch and quote your return reference number. This number you will receive per E-mail after successfully submitting your "Return or exchange request".
4. Hand over the package to our shipping partner, according to the instructions received together with the return label.
If you are submitting a return outside of the European Union and Switzerland, please follow the procedure below.
1. Submit a “Return or exchange request”, which you find on the link below.
2. Put the unused and unwashed products in the original packaging. Make sure the hangtags are still on.
3. We will provide you with further instructions. Upon your request we can help you with the documentation needed - all by email.
The product(-s) you return must be unused, unwashed, in its original state with hangtags on and must show no signs of odour or scent. We accept returns with a full refund of your payment (return shipping costs and expenses deducted) within 100 days after order was delivered. Deadline of 60 days is the day when you dispatch the return from your address.
MAYA MAYA is not responsible for incorrect delivery of the return or any accruing fees that have not been confirmed in writing by us in advance or are excessive. If such costs occur, you will be charged for them and must be paid before the return is accepted.

If you miss this deadline, we will still accept your return within 150 days after it was delivered to you. However, you will not be refunded the paid amount, but we will issue you a voucher for mayamaya.ch online shopping for the value paid, to be consumed within one year after the issuing date. MAYA MAYA is not responsible for incorrect mailing or excess fees

If you miss 60 days, no return will be accepted under any circumstances.

If the returned item/-s show signs of wearing, washing or odour, the return will be rejected and the items will be sent back to you at your costs.

If you are returning a complete order and you have received an additional product as a gift, the latter also has to be returned in a new, unworn, condition in order the return to be accepted otherwise the return will be rejected and the items will be sent back to you at your costs as a final act.

You will be returned the paid web order amount up to 2 weeks after we receive your return package and the return is accepted/confirmed from our side. The shipping fees and expenses/duties will be deducted from the return - please request information about the fees before returning the item at customercare@mayamaya.ch.
MAYA MAYA will absorb its part of the shipping charges using regular mail. If you request that we can order shipping by express courier, the additional shipping charges will be invoiced to you.
Carefully follow our instructions. If you choose not to follow our instructions, the additional arising costs will be charged to you. MAYA MAYA is not responsible and will not cover any shipping or collateral costs related to submitting the "Return or exchange request". Be aware that in case of international returns, additional duties and charges might apply and, in this case, MAYA MAYA can’t refund them.
How to Exchange
Exchange of an ordered item is possible, with respect to the following process:
The ordered item you wish to exchange should be returned within 60 days of receiving your order. Important: with original tags on and unused. The return should be registered online and confirmed from our side. After we receive the return, a refund will be completed in the amount of your returned item’s purchase price. You are at any given time free to place a new order with your preferred product. As long as the package has not yet been sent to you, you can still change the size and color of the item you have ordered. Please let us know your wishes at - customercare@mayamaya.ch.
Once your order has been dispatched and you have received the tracking number, no further changes can be made.
If you are submitting an exchange request from within the European Union and Switzerland, please follow the procedure below.

4. Deliver the package to your nearest UPS Access Point®. Find it here: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/ or send the product by any parcel service of your choice to the shipping address on your invoice.

If the value of the items exchanged is higher, you will be invoiced the difference.

If the value of the exchanged item is lower, there is no refund possible. However, you can add an item of your choice and pay the difference.

If you have received an additional product as a gift, that cannot be exchanged.
