It is very often, that we don't know what to wear for an outdoor night run in certain weather conditions. Therefore, we came up with a sample table, displaying an external and internal factor, and outerwear sets for each combination of the two.
how does it work?
For example, currently, there is around 8°C outside. I am insensitive to outdoor temperatures. Therefore, my suggested outerwear set would be number 5. It includes softshell pants, an underwear shirt, and a softshell jacket.
